Cirque du Soleil, as many of you know,
means "Circus of the Sun"
However, my post today titled Turq du Soleil
translates to "Turquoise of the Sun."'
This really makes no sense.
But do I care?
Heck no.
I think it's catchy.
I found a fun shade of turq when I decided to make Julie,
a blog friend fave, this necklace for her birthday last December.
The spray paint is called Blue Ocean Breeze & now
I always keep it in stock.
Last Saturday I decided to put it to use after getting a few random
household items from a neighbor who was moving out of town.
Random household items + turq spray paint =
Super Saturday fun!
Who spray paints their utensil holder? I do!
A fun pop of color on the fridge.
Love.
More turq on the entertainment center in my living room.
This is going to look so cute with my new curtains I am working on.

My fave of the day.
This table was ivory with a few painted kelly green flowers.
The turq did me proud.
So what are YOU waiting for?
Grab yourself some spray paint & add a little color in your life.

Love your creations! I am inspired to add some turq to my new house....I think I need to go buy some spray paint!!
So cheery! That color does scream "Julie", in fact, so does the name. :) What a handy little table too.
love it! you have inspired me! searching the house now for some random items to paint.
AWESOME! My favorite is the table too (though all of it looks fantastic!)
I spray painted something for the first time this fall (an old wooden ladder to hold pumpkins and then flowers in the spring on my front porch) and it was so easy and such a dramatic change that I have now become a spray paint addict! :)
Turquoise is one of my most favourite colours...beauty :)
looove the turq! I think I actually have that same end table, except its brown.
Happy Mother's Day! Hope you get spoiled!
You know I love this HAUTE BLUE post...
Everything looks better in turquoise.
When I was driving to San Diego for Heather's baby shower on Saturday I saw FOUR cars on a California highway with MICHIGAN stickers or license plate holders. Made me think of you, and Haley and Maggie...and know that even miles apart...us HOLLA girls are always together. Hope your weekend was a BLAST! XO
LOOOOOOOOVE your turquoise creations, Marta!! So pretty - great job!
and I totally picked up a can of blue ocean breeze at walmart yesterday...thinking of spray painting some old shoes with it. hmm..
